Adult Classes
We currently offer ballet and tap classes for adults. No dance experience required! Dance classes are great for increasing balance, coordination and strength. So put on your dancing shoes and come and join us—we guarantee you will leave class with a smile on your face!
Dancewear Requirements
Hair: Tied up off the neck and face.
Attire: Any comfortable clothing you can move freely in; workout wear, leggings, t-shirt (no jeans).
Shoes:
Ballet: ballet shoes
Tap: black tap shoes
Hip hop: clean, indoor running shoes
