We are so excited to announce our new program, Fitness Fusion, with the amazing Jocelyn Hinz!
Fitness Fusion is a 4-week online program through Zoom featuring 45-minute classes devoted to full-body health. A combination of movement, meditation, mindset and breathwork will leave you feeling renewed during these trying times.
All you will need for this hybrid program is a space to move your body, a yoga mat (if you have one), and 2 small hand weights or 2 canned goods. Suitable for ages 16+.

Meet Jocelyn Hinz
Jocelyn is a 500+ hour certified yoga and fitness instructor and loves sharing the benefits of movement and mindfulness, and is the best selling author of the book Fitness to Freedom.
