Non competitive environment
When you take the competitiveness out of dance, everyone can just be themselves—no one competes with each other. Everyone at Dance London is here to enjoy dance—for the love of the art of dance. It’s not about trophies or medals, it’s about dance.
Each student matters
At Dance London, we call ourselves a family because we truly are a family. Everyone supports and encourages one another and we pride ourselves in knowing everyone’s name. Every student, parent and sibling feel welcome and a part of our family.
Classes based on skill & class cap size
Your child will be surrounded by other dancers at the same dance skill level. They’ll be confident, won’t feel lost, and most importantly they’ll have fun. Our classes are capped to make sure your child gets enough one-on-one time with their dance teacher.
What makes you different is what makes you beautiful
Founded in 1993 by Ruth Anne Rogerson, Dance London remains dedicated to technical training and the pure enjoyment of dance. For over 30 years, our non-competitive environment has fostered a supportive community where dancers encourage one another.
Our regular dance season runs from September through June.
Adult and Parent and Tot classes run in sessions beginning in September, January and April.

The Company We Keep
Encouraging & Supportive Faculty
At Dance London we treat everyone equally, ensuring each dancer receives the same level of attention. Our faculty creates a fun and loving environment, allowing dancers to be themselves and try their best both in and out of the studio.
We emphasize age-appropriate choreography, ensuring that every dance, lesson, routine, costume, and song is suitable for the dancer’s age. With a team of highly trained teachers with impressive professional experience, we provide high-level training for all our dancers.
Rogerson Chance to Dance Scholarship
Each season Dance London offers a scholarship to 5-10 children that might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience formal dance lessons.
If you know a child that would benefit from this program, please submit an application using the button below.
BIPOC Rogerson Chance to Dance Scholarship
Dance London is committed to sponsoring an additional 5 BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and/or Person of Color) dancers ages 4-18 each season. Our dream is for all dancers of all backgrounds to have equal opportunity to train and study the art of dance.
We are also dedicated to outfitting all our dancers in tone-true tights and shoes whenever possible and to reinforce racial diversity, inclusivity, and representation across the studio.
Priority is given to applicants who demonstrate financial need, however, we invite all who qualify to apply. Applications do not require proof or declaration of financial need – we operate on an honour system
I love to dance because I get to be with my friends & teachers, and it makes me very happy!
